The Blue Syndicate is a water data intelligence initiative serving Sindh's irrigation sector. We build tools that transform raw barrage and canal data into clear, actionable information for engineers, planners, and administrators.
Founded by a Superintendent Engineer with decades of field experience and a Business Analytics specialist, our team bridges the gap between on-ground irrigation expertise and modern data science — giving decision-makers tools that are both technically rigorous and practically useful.
