Support for SALAR Navigate
If something in the app is wrong — a channel drawn in the wrong place, a name that does not match the register, guidance that sent you somewhere it should not have, a crash — write to admin@thebluesyndicate.org and we will look at it.
Three things make a report much faster to act on:
- What you were looking at — the channel, barrage or place, by name if you have it.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your device and the app version, if you can find them. A screenshot is usually enough.
A report about the network data itself is welcome and is not a nuisance. Several faults in the published channel register were found this way, and corrections are passed back to the department that holds the data.
The web services
The daily water account, the Daily Regulation Plan, the Live Irrigation Map and SALAR are operated for the Sindh Irrigation Department. If you are a departmental user, your own focal point can usually resolve access and account questions faster than we can. Anything the department cannot answer, send to us.
Your data
What we collect and why is set out in full in our privacy policy. Requests to see, correct or delete your data go to the same address, and we answer them ourselves rather than routing them through a form.
Business and partnership enquiries
Work with provincial irrigation departments, river and barrage modelling, remote sensing, and software for water regulation — the same address reaches the founder directly.
